==History==
According to legend, the town was founded on the right bank of the river Dědina by Třeboch who brought his people there and gave the name to the town. In the 14th century the town was owned by Hynek Hlaváč of Dubé and his descendants until the end of the 15th century when Přibík Kroměším of Březovice became an owner. The town was owned by Trčkové of Lípa in the 16th century and it economically developed. In 1628 there was a peasant and the town started to decline until the 19th century when it started to develop again. In 1849, Třebechovice became an independent town.〔(Třebechovice )〕
